His company specializes in restaurant exhaust system degreasing using simple, environmentally safe techniques. He has developed simple, effective ways to capture the wash water for cleaning filters, ductwork, vents-a-hoods, kitchen equipment, and fans. You will learn the art of tarping, so that clean up and waste water disposal are a snap. The bidding process will be covered from A to Z.
