Rust Remover Plus™ quickly removes rust stains from concrete, pavers, stone, brick, vinyl siding, rubber, awnings, painted steel, brass, copper, wood and ceramic surfaces. Rust Remover Plus™ can be applied directly, or diluted with water up to a 1:5 mixture. A one gallon jug of Rust Remover Plus™ will cover approximately 150 to 200 square feet of concrete when used straight. Factors such as outside air temperature, rust stain severity, and surface quality can affect the coverage range. Dilution ratios can be determined by performing a small test cleaning in an inconspicuous area.

Is Rust Remover Plus safe for stucco? Are there any surfaces that you know I need to never apply it to from past experience?
Question by: Trent on Dec 16, 2015 11:37:00 AM
It's always a good idea to do a test in an inconspicuous area before you begin cleaning. We don't recommend using Rust Remover Plus™ on glass or aluminum.

What is the coverage area for 1 gallon? Do I use it at full strength? The area I am bidding is 6000 sq ft.
Question by: Jon on Jul 24, 2015 8:58:00 AM
Both of your questions are difficult to answer. Coverage depends on the intensity of the stain and the surface material. Rust Remover Plus™ can be diluted, but it will become less effective as you add water. We recommend doing a test in a small inconspicuous area to determine if dilution is wise. We have sample sizes that you can try before you decide to purchase a full gallon.
I reviewed the demonstration and no doubt the product works what's the best way to protect my grass, obviously I would not want to spray it directly on my grass or vegetation but, when cleaning the treated area what advice would you give me for protecting the edges of the grass and vegetation
Question by: Terry on Mar 1, 2015 9:53:00 AM
It's best to water any nearby vegetation before you apply Rust Remover Plus™, but you should be careful not to wet the surface that you intend to clean. Spray the product using a pump up sprayer with a fan tip. Pay close attention to the angle of your stream. Use a stiff bristle brush to help spread Rust Remover Plus™ evenly over the affected areas. You can also use trowels to help block edges while you spray.
