Chapter 3-Quality Control

  • 3.1 Quality Control and Follow-up

The Exhaust Cleaner must understand that quality work becomes the apex of the job when the account manager unlocks the door in the morning. When the crew has had a good night of cleaning the opening manager will judge the job by what he sees that morning. If anything happened he would blame the cleaner. It is an easy way for the opening staff to just blame the "Hood Guys”. If the manager has had a bad night, he will shift his problem to you and your company Your morning, depending on how well the jobs were completed and documented, will make your day. Hopefully, your scheduled jobs were completed and care was taken at the end. If not, it could become a nightmare and loss of jobs and money.
