Discretion in style of dress and behavior is essential to the efficient operation of the Company. Employees are, therefore, required to dress in appropriate business attire and to behave in a professional, businesslike manner. Employees’ dress code is determined by department choice of work clothes and employees should remember to conduct themselves at all times in a way that best represents themselves and the Company.

The Company participates in two long term Retirement Programs. The 401K Plan is an employee funded program. The employee is eligible to deposit pre-tax dollars into a retirement account developed for this purpose. Employee is eligible after one-year continuous employment.

28.5.2 Insurance Benefits

All eligible, full-time employees may obtain group health insurance. Eligibility is defined as follows: A full-time employee, who has completed ninety (90) days of continuous employment with ABC Vent-A-Clean System, or one of its subsidiaries. Each employee will apply for and be accepted by the current group carrier prior to admittance to the plan.
