This is the ideal cleaner for cleaning vent hoods in Asian and Oriental kitchens and restaurants. This extra heavy duty concentrated compound cleans using a unique formula that combines three separate cleaning compounds in one product: degreasing, soap powders and steam cleaning compounds. OD-100 is a non-solvent based cleaner that tackles tough oil and grease deposits and removes them without the need for heavy agitation. As a consequence of this system, this product may be used for a greater variety of cleaning jobs at a distinctly lesser concentration than is required by water soluble safety solvents which do not posses this unique chemical blend.
